Who We Are
We are a small, in-home based, family-oriented rescue dedicated exclusively to helping cats. We pull cats from shelters who need socializing and face euthanasia, giving them a second chance at life. Based in South Mills, North Carolina, we are proud to serve our local and surrounding communities by providing vulnerable cats and kittens with the care, safety, and love they deserve while we work to find them their forever homes.
Our rescue focuses on cats in need—those who are feral, abandoned, abused, or otherwise at risk. Each cat that comes into our care is treated as part of our extended family. Through our rescue, we provide individualized attention, socialization, and a safe environment where they can heal and thrive.
Our mission is simple but meaningful: to give every cat a second chance at life. Whether it’s a frightened feral learning to trust, an abandoned kitten discovering comfort, or a rescued cat recovering from hardship, we are committed to helping them along their journey to a loving, permanent home.
By working closely with our community, adopters, and volunteers, we strive to make a lasting difference—one paw at a time.
Our Mission is:
To rescue animals from situations that are abusive, endangering, or neglectful.
To rescue animals in danger of being euthanized at area shelters.
To assist owners willing to keep their cats, by finding new homes for their cats through the Organization’s Owner Surrender Program, as an alternative to placing their cat in a public shelter or animal control facility.
To provide necessary veterinary care.
To provide homes for these animals.
To place rescued animals into permanent adoptive homes.
To educate and promote the importance of spaying/neutering companion animals.
To educate the public on how to help prevent animal cruelty.
